The installment service is a service provided by Virgin Megastore in collaboration with Tasheel Financing, that allows customers to purchase products and pay for them with easy installment plans.

The installment service is provided by Tasheel Financing, and they reserve the right to approve/reject any application based on the customer’s eligibility and their terms and conditions.
The installment service is valid on invoices starting from SR 4000 up to Six times the salary
Customer cannot buy gift cards, or vouchers using the installment service.
Items bought with installment cannot be returned with cash. In case customer wants to return/exchange, please refer to Virgin Megastore’s return and exchange policy.
Customer cannot combine two payment methods when using installment
The installment tenures are 12 – 18 – 24 – 30 – 36 months. The customer has the right to choose any of the above only if it does not conflict with the installment company terms and conditions

Q: What is the minimum, and the maximum amounts for installment transactions?
A: Minimum is SR 4000 and up to six times the salary.
Q: How long does the approval process take?
A: The approval process takes 15 – 30 minutes if all required documents are provided
Q: Is there any required action in case customer’s application for installment is rejected from the installment company’s agent?
A: Acceptance, and Rejections are the responsibility of the Installment Company, and Virgin Megastore has no influence over it.
Q: Does Virgin Megastore Return and Exchange policies apply on the installment transactions?
A: Yes. Virgin Megastore’s Return and Exchange policies applies on all installment transactions
Q: Can the customer return products bought through installment in exchange for “CASH”?
A: No. Products bought through installment will not be returned for cash. In case customer wants to return or exchange, Virgin Megastore Return and Exchange Policies are applied.
