Armour protection program is a short-term repair or replacement service for smartphones and iPads, to protect your device from all faults outside of warranty, such as screen fractures and liquid damages, as your device will be repaired or replaced at a fixed price, in a short time.

 

You can subscribe to the service when buying a new smartphone or iPad, as the service and device must be purchased at the same time through one of our stores.

* For the Platinum package, the repair service period will take place within 3 to 5 working days in the main cities: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Khobar. In other cities, the repair service period may reach 14 working days.

** For the gold package, in case the device cannot be repaired, a full refund (subscription and service fee) will be given to the customer with the device.

1- What is Armour?

Armour protection program is a repair or replacement service for smartphones and iPads, where your device will be repaired from accidental faults outside of warranty, which include screen fractures or exposure to liquids, and in case the repair is not possible, your device will be replaced.

2- What are the advantages of the comprehensive protection service for smartphones?

• • Repair your device from accidental faults outside of warranty, which include broken screen or liquid exposure at a fixed price (repair fee)
• If your device malfunctions cannot be repaired, you can pay a (replacement fee) and your smartphone will be replaced
• Repair service is done by a professional technical team and certified repairs

3- How can I subscribe to the service?

You can subscribe to the service only when purchasing a new smartphone or iPad, as the service and the smartphone or iPad must be purchased on the same invoice.

4- What is the subscription period for the comprehensive protection service?

12 or 24 months from the date of purchase.

5- What are the repair and replacement service fees?

99 * SAR for each repair (maximum of twice)
349 * SAR for each replacement (maximum one time)

6- How long is the repair or replacement period?

For the Platinum package, from 3 to 5 working days.
For the Gold package takes up to 14 working days.

7- How can I repair or replace my smartphone?

you can call the unified call center 8001000545, and a representative will be sent to collect the device.

Additional details:

- If no identical device is available for replacement, you will be notified to choose a device of another colour or provide a device with specifications similar to the original device.
- Once the device is replaced or repaired twice, whichever comes first, the customer cannot ask for more repair or replacement services.
- The service cannot be cancelled after subscribing and the amount cannot be refunded.
